COOKIE POLICY
This Cookie Policy covers the use of cookies by SOC Prime Inc. (“SOC Prime,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) only and not the use of cookies by third parties. By using this website (the “Site”) or our products or services (“Services"), you expressly consent to the use of cookies.
What are cookies?
When you visit any website, it may store or retrieve information on your browser, mostly in the form of cookies. Cookies are bits of data we store on the device you use to access our Site and Services so we can recognize repeat visitors. When the device revisits the Site, the Site may receive the information stored in the cookie and respond accordingly. Cookies have a stated expiry date, after which they become inactive. Our Sites use similar technologies, such as pixels, plugins, tags, and web beacons. We will refer to these technologies collectively as cookies. Cookies do a lot of different jobs, which make your experience of the Internet much smoother and more interactive. We use them in various ways, for example, to log you in, remember your preferences, evaluate email effectiveness, and personalize content and other information. Amongst other things, the cookies we use allow us to calculate how many visitors we have - anonymously, of course - and how long they stay on our Site. Also, this data is not shared with any third parties or used for any other purpose. We collect cookies from our users for various reasons, not least to track our performance – but also to let us improve your overall experience of the Site.
Do we use third-party cookies?
Yes, when you use our websites or applications, you may receive cookies from the third parties that cooperate with us. We use those cookies mainly for analytical purposes.
Here are listed the services by third-party companies used on our site that may set cookies and how to modify your cookie settings. Please see the actual cookies set on the Cookie Setting link below.

Next to Google Analytics, we use “Leadfeeder,” a tool to identify
leads (prospective customers). Leadfeeder makes use of the information that Google Analytics
provides. We use Leadfeeder to better understand our Site visitors. Leadfeeder enriches the data
it derives from Google Analytics. Leadfeeder does not capture or track individual (personal)
data but merely processes the company data and combines it with information from publicly
accessible data sources. Information gathered via this tool remains anonymous.
The details for every visit include
- Time and Date of visit;
- Source and Medium;
- Number of pages visited;
- Pages visited (Title, URL, and Length of a page visit);
- Visitor ID number;
- The total length of the visit.
Using Leadfeeder enables us to tailor the communications to our prospects to ensure that we give relevant support and advice about our products and services. Leadfeeder’s privacy policy can be found at https://www.leadfeeder.com/privacy/.
Managing site-specific cookies
We understand that some visitors have concerns about cookies, but in talking with many of our users, we feel that the benefits we both gain from their proper use is worthwhile.
Because we respect your right to privacy, you can choose not to allow some types of cookies within your browser settings.
Different browsers make different controls available to you. Generally, your browser will offer you the choice to accept, refuse or delete cookies at all times, or those from providers that website owners use i.e., third-party cookies or those from specific websites. Each browser’s website should contain instructions on how you can do this.
However, blocking some types of cookies may impact your experience of the Site, and the Service functionalities may not work correctly at all (e.g., profile logging-in).
